These Terms govern the Birthday Tribe website, apps and related services operated by Space Ai Technology Ltd (“Birthday Tribe”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age or parental-authorisation requirement in your country. You must provide an accurate birth date. We may use age-assurance measures and restrict features by age to protect users and comply with law.
Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorised access. You may not impersonate others, sell or transfer accounts, evade enforcement or create accounts for another person without lawful authority.
Birthday Tribes, Pulse, rooms and messages are community services. Public rooms may be split when capacity is reached. Hosts and moderators may manage participation. We may restrict or close content, rooms or accounts to protect users or enforce these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, adapt and display it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Services and follow your settings. You confirm you have the rights and permissions required to share it.
Live rooms may be moderated. Recording, broadcasting or republishing another person’s image, voice or conversation requires lawful permission and any required notice. Hosts are responsible for room information, conduct and lawful delivery, but Birthday Tribe may intervene for safety or compliance.
Gems and gifts are limited digital licences for use inside the Services. They are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, property, an investment or redeemable for cash. Prices, bundles and availability may change prospectively. Purchases are final except where law or applicable store rules require otherwise.
Where paid-entry rooms are offered, the host, price, included experience, time, capacity, cancellation terms and any platform fee will be shown before purchase. Host eligibility, payouts, taxes, chargebacks, prohibited experiences and revenue share are governed by separate Host Terms that are published before this feature launches.
Members can report content, accounts and rooms. We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or refer matters to authorities. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain enforcement and provide an appeal route. Our safety processes are described in the Community Guidelines and relevant online-safety statements.
Birthday Tribe’s software, design, brand, trademarks and platform materials—excluding user content—belong to us or our licensors. We grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services according to these Terms.
App stores, payment providers, connected platforms and external links have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features for security, legal, technical or product reasons. If a change materially reduces a paid service, we will provide the notice or remedy required by law.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, user content or failures outside our reasonable control. The Services are for social and entertainment purposes.
You may delete your account. We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, safety risk or legal requirement. Provisions intended to survive—including ownership, liability and dispute clauses—continue after termination.
We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be notified where required and will not retroactively remove mandatory rights.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory local rights and may use courts available under consumer law. Contact support@birthdaytribe.com or write to us at our registered office.
